Kaye E. Estell, M. Div., L.P.C., E-RYT 500 offers a comprehensive psycho-therapeutic practice for individuals and couples for ages nine through senior years including the following but not limited to: mood disorders including depression and anxiety, abuse recovery, PTSD, relationship issues, teen issues, adoption, grief, life changes and addiction disorders. Ms. Estell, a current student of Baba Hari Dass, a Raja and Tantric master and monk, offers classes and events in yoga philosophy, yoga psychology, devotional practices, pranayama (breathing techniques) and dhyana (meditation). A graduate of Southern Methodist University's Program in Spiritual Direction, classes are offered in apophatic and katophatic forms of meditation. Ms. Estell has also studied with a zen master. Ms. Estell offers Yoga Therapy for depression and anxiety. Ms. Estell believes that every individual has internal wisdom available for guidance towards optimum health, personal pathway and spiritual well-being.
