Lauren Jay Toolin, E-RYT 500

Lauren is a nationally recognized yoga teacher with close to twenty years teaching experience. She was the fourth person to be certified to teach ParaYoga by Yogarupa Rod Stryker and is one of his most senior teachers. ParaYoga is one of the most indepth and transformative styles of Yoga in the country, blending elements of Tantra, Classical Yoga and Ayurveda to create a powerful tool for living to one's fullest potential.

She also apprenticed with Rodney Yee for many years, has contributed to several national yoga publications, and conceptualized and associate produced a public television special on yoga. She directs teacher trainings and leads workshops nationally. Her humor, insight and authenticity have inspired dozens of teachers and thousands of practitioners.
