I have been practicing for 13+ years. I have taken the 200 hour teacher training from Living Yoga Program, a 100 hour course from Robert Boustany from Houston, a week long Ashtanga teacher training with Manju Jois and various workshops with the likes of Rod Stryker, Beryl Bender Birch, Doug Swensen, Roger Cole, Tias Little, Richard Freemen, Judith Lasater, Leslie Kaminow and Rodney Yee.
I have a full time job that is demanding, so I mostly sub or do privates.
My Asana teachers are Christina Sell (Certified Anusara) and George Purvis (Senior Iyengar). I study Tantric philosophy with Dr. Douglas Brooks (Rajanaka Yoga) and have learned to imbibe and embody the nectar of chanting with Bhagavan Das.
My "how to be a human" teachers are my two sons, Caiden and Malakai.
My "how to be an animal" teachers are my two cats Freedom and Forever and my crazy dog Thunder.
My "how to be divine" teachers are me, you, and us and of course all of the above, and then some.....
