Carla discovered Yoga in 2002. She left her first Yoga class feeling happy and energized and wanting more! The more we come to our mat, the easier it is to take yoga off our mat. As we work on 'stilling' the mind and 'allowing ourselves to be breathed' we are able to truly be in the present moment.
Carla's passion for Yoga and guiding others in their Yoga journey led her to pursue Yoga teacher certification. Carla was certified through Namaste USA and is a registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Carla also holds a therapeutic yoga certification.
