Lauren is a Senior ParaYoga Teacher (Level Two). ParaYoga is one of the most in depth and transformational schools of Yoga in the country, blending elements of Tantra, Classical Yoga and Ayurveda to create a powerful tool for living to one's fullest potential. She has been studying with her teacher, Rod Stryker, since 2001. She directs ParaYoga’s Teacher Certification Program, developing its curriculum and standards, and evaluating and mentoring current and prospective teachers.
As an avid health & fitness professional, Jo found the healing power of yoga 13 years ago as a way to heal an injured body. She has been sharing these powers every since in a style that is fun, uplifting, educational, & spiritually awakening. She is a 500 E-RYT, a Certified Yoga Therapist & is currently the spokesperson for Easton/Bell's line of mind/body products & videos - Savasa. She is also a Regional Master Yoga Teacher Trainer for LifePower Yoga at Life Time Fitness & has studied extensively with Jonny kest as part of his Yoga Teacher Training Faculty.
Mandie is a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher & Leader with a passion for helping people to discover their own inner joy. She is the owner of Universal Laughter Yoga, the premier Laughter Yoga school in the Dallas - Ft. Worth area. As a Laughter Yoga Teacher, she is qualified to train and certify future Laughter Yoga Leaders. She studied extensively under the Founder of Laughter Yoga, Dr. Madan Kataria, who introduced this powerful concept in 1995. Now a world-wide phenomenon. In 1996, i believe GOD had a plan for me that would change my life forever. I was in a serious car accident that forced me to re-evaluate my health. No longer could I continue running long distances and lifting weights, nor being a personal trainer and aerobic instructor. I had to find a healing lifestyle of staying well - YOGA!

Beth is a Certified Svaroopa® Yoga Teacher with over 1400 hours of advanced teacher training and more than ten years teaching experience. Having studied various styles of yoga for more than 20 years Beth finally found Svaroopa® Yoga by accident in 2001. She was immediately blown away by this radically different approach to asana. She has been teaching and studying in-depth ever since. Beth received the name Bhānumati from Swami Nirmalananda Saraswati in April 2009 and comfortably goes by either name.
Dawn is the co-owner/founder of Crescent Yoga Studio in Midlothian, TX. She has been practicing hatha yoga since her early teens and has enjoyed teaching an eclectic blend of yoga styles since 1997. She was introduced to yoga through sports with a background in cheerleading, which includes 12 yrs of power tumbling & dance, regional & national competitions in Jr.High, High School, and College. She earned a collegiate scholarship to cheer at Northeastern State University in Oklahoma where she received a BBA degree.

Beth Belk, PT, DPT, RYT500, CYTh is a licensed physical therapist and yoga therapist who teaches yoga to a variety of individuals and groups, including runners, breast cancer survivors, and those clients with diverse fitness levels.
In 2009, Beth developed and implemented a yoga program for breast cancer survivors at Parkland Health & Hospital System where the participants learned tools to help manage stress, improve physical and mental well-being, and promote healing.

Carah Ronan is a Yoga Teacher, Doula, Filmmaker and Energy worker in Fort Worth, Texas. Seeing the beauty in nature and our connection with one another, knowing that yoga and our practice of yoga, is in everyone and everything that surrounds us. Mainly influenced by her teachers Nicki Doane and Eddie Modistini in the style of Maya Yoga, her teachings incorporate the day-to-day changes in our lives, bodies and minds and breaking through the illusions that hold our spirit back.
In an increasingly busy and disconnnected world, Brandi's passion in life is to encourage others to reconnect their mind, body and spirit through yoga and to rediscover the joy of movement. She believes that the creating space and joy within the body through movement can create that same joy in other areas of life. She loves to share how the practice of yoga asanas can relate to and enrich the practice of life and shares her empathetic and enthusiastic spirit with everyone she meets.

Emily Smith began practicing yoga in 2000. She applied and received RYT in 2004. In 2006, she became certified as a Phoenix Rising Yoga Practitioner after completing 650 hours of in depth body mind training. She is currently pursuing master teacher training under Yogiraj Rod Stryker, Yoga Master and founder of Para Yoga. Since 2006, Emily has studied structural yoga therapy under Doug Keller, founder of Swatantrya Yoga. She completed her Advanced Yoga Therapy teacher training in 2008 and module two of Advanced Yoga Therapy teacher training in August, 2009.
