How do I add my studio/business/event to your website?

Our website is designed so that you can add your studio, business or event to our online directories yourself, and do it all online!

First, visit our main page listing our website products. Select the item you like, and click the "Get Started" button.

You'll complete a form with the information you want to appear in your directory listing, and also upload your studio/business logo or event photo.

When you've completed the form, follow the instructions on the screen to continue and complete the checkout process.

Once your checkout is complete, your listing will appear automatically on our website.

How do I edit my studio/business/event listing?

(1) Log in to your account.

(2) On your account page under "My Content," you will see the titles of content you have created. Click the link that you wish to edit.

(3) Click the link labeled "Edit" near the page title. Update your entry as needed, and click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

You will only see the "Edit" button when you are logged in to the account that created the listing. Visitors to the site will not see the edit controls on your individual listing.

Why won't my logo/image upload?

There could be a number of reasons for this:

(1) Website images can only be certain formats. If your image is not a png, jpeg, or gif format, our system will reject it. Please verify that your file is one of these formats, and that your file name ends with the appropriate extension.

(2) Your image may be too large. To keep bandwidth and storage demands within acceptable levels, we limit the size of uploadable images. Please resize your image to within the limits defined on the upload page, and retry your upload.

(3) Your file name may be unacceptable. File names may only include alphanumeric characters, hypens, and underscores. Spaces are not allowed. Please check your file name, change if necessary, and retry your upload.

I need help uploading my logo/image.

If you are unable to upload your logo/image, or need to convert it to a size or format appropriate for web, we offer support services for an additional fee of $20.00 per image.

Steps to order image support:

(1) Complete your directory listing profile and checkout. It's fine to complete this without your image.

(2) Order image support here and complete checkout.

(3) Email your image to webmaster [at] livingyogadallas [dot] com.

We will work with the image you email to make it appropriate for use on our website. When complete (usually within 72 hours) we will upload it directly to your listing on our site.

Where will my listing be placed on the page?

Event listings are sorted by date.

To be fair to all businesses and studios, these listings are sorted randomly. Each visitor will see a different order on the directory pages for business and studio listings, and refreshing the browser window will resort the directory.

How to I delete my listing?

For security reasons, only Living Yoga Dallas administrators can delete a listing that currently appears on our site. If you need to delete your listing for any reason, please contact us.
