4-week Toddler Yoga Series presented by Laura Abbott & Dragon Fire Yoga

We will be doing fun yoga poses with our kids as well as dancing, story telling and singing. The poses will be suited for children ages 2-5, but any age is welcome to this class. We are hoping to create a loving and laughing bond between the parents and children by spending quality time with the kids while pretending to be all the animals we can imagine!
