Session 2 covers anatomy of the pelvis, hip openers, the second (svadisthana) chakra and pranayama. Need not be pursuing teaching certification to participate.
General: Our In-Depth Studies program provides you with comprehensive knowledge to help deepen your own practice and, in turn, those of others. This workshop will provide a safe and supportive environment while providing in depth instruction on the physical, energetic, and mental body. Hours qualify for CEUs with Yoga Alliance.
