Enjoy a 75 minute practice with soothing, deep stretches, strength building for all levels, pranayama, meditation, chanting and more.

Learn how movement, breath, diet and lifestyle can be modified to support a healthier lifestyle and evolved practice.

Bring your mat, or your yoga towel, or practice on the comfy floors of your local Aikikai, at the station at Tyler and Vernon in the Elmwood section of Oak Cliff.

You'll want more than 75 minutes of this vibrant, yet relaxing practice!

Sundays 11am-12:15am - then head out for brunch with friends feeling amazing and chill!

Tuesdays 6pm-7:15pm - enjoy a strong yet soothing practice to stabilize body, mind and breath. Stay for Aikido weapons training, or have a great dinner and even better night's sleep!

About this Presenter: 

LJ teaches public classes at Oak Cliff Aikiki and Trophy Fitness Downtown.

He was certified Chidanandi Sheri Cherokee of Alpha-Omega Yoga, studied Vinyasa with Seane Corne, and studies ParaYoga with Rod Stryker.

He hosts workshops specializing in the study of asana, and the fundamentals of living like a yogi, including diet, lifestyle, and practice tips.
