Using Yoga Psychology and the Philosophy of the Himalayan Sages, you will activate a process of awakening that will cause you to become more and more conscious in your experience of life. You will learn to use simple inquiry techniques to identify and challenge the thoughts and beliefs that are driving your negative reactions and feelings.
Stress and unhappiness are just warning signals telling you that your thoughts and beliefs are not in harmony with the world. When you feel distressed and unhappy your beliefs about who you are, your expectations of others and the world are in conflict with what is. Once you clarify the discrepancies between your thoughts and your actual experience, you will see how your own unconscious inner voice is creating your misery. YOU have the power to change your thoughts, beliefs, and expectations. You can be in harmony with what is – TODAY.
