The hurried pace of our modern life and the academic and social pressures kids are exposed to are only compounded by the competitive nature of many sports and afterschool activities. Yoga for Kids offers a healthy way to release this stress and develop awareness, strength, flexibility, acceptance and calm in a fun, non-competitive environment.
