Tibetan Heart Yoga Series One Teacher Training

Tibetan Heart Yoga is a unique practice that blends asana with meditations and guided visualization to bring inner peace and profound happiness.  The first series of Tibetan Heart Yoga, called the Heart Chakra Series, is designed to open the heart and facilitate healing. The principles of Tibetan Heart Yoga can transform any asana practice into a deep spiritual journey by teaching us how to incorporate virtuous intentions throughout our practice.  This compassionate training is appropriate for anyone wanting to deepen their yoga: teachers, healers and students of all traditions.

Kelly Roadhouse is a close student of Geshe Michael Roach and Lama Christie McNally. Committed to passing on the lineage of her teachers, she currently serves as Staff Teacher and Dean of the Yoga Studies Institute.

Cassandra deLarios is Staff Instructor of the Yoga Studies Institute and has completed all of the Asian Classic Institute's 18 courses of a geshe, earning her the title of Maroke, or guide.
