FREE CLASS 1/7/12! 5 week series Starts 1/14/12 Saturdays from 10:15a- 11:30a Learn the basic poses and breath for Vinyasa Flow yoga. This style of yoga links movement with each inhale and exhale. Moving with your own personal energy, or prana, you will learn to balance, get strong, lean and relaxed. This is a progressive series, and each class builds upon each other. Work with Lisa to develop or enhance your own personal yoga practice. Receive hands on assists and enhancements with Lisa, Richard and Kayleigh. Tap into breath control and retention and basic yoga philosophy. Enjoy a lovely guided relaxation at the end of each session in Savasana and learn to calm the mind. Bring water, towel, mat (or purchase one at the studio) and an open mind! One make up class is allowed per 5 weeks.
