Wise choices are made at the intersection of intuition and intelligence in the moment. Wise choices help us live our highest Destiny. Destiny is when we act with free will and from awareness to express who we truly are. Wise choices engage the present, serve the future and allow us to realize our true self.

We make hundreds of choices, some small some big; some conscious, some unconscious. They all affect and shape our life. This weekend will develop our capacity to know when our choices, purpose and destiny are aligned. When we are not aligned we can feel blocked, frustrated, stuck or unsure; we cannot even hear the many whispers of our higher self that guide us to a meaningful fulfilling life. Sometimes a block is from circumstance, sometimes traumas or beliefs, sometimes just a cycle of growth along the way. We can all consistently eliminate blocks to making wise choices, however, with a meditative mind we can increase our decision-making ability and live with elevation, fulfillment, success and healing.

In this weekend we will use Kundalini yoga tools and techniques and meditation practice to learn:
How to use both intelligence and intuition to align with our heart and destiny.
How to cultivate the sensitivity and stillness we need to act effectively and meaningfully in our life.
How to calibrate our energy and projection to the challenges and changes in our world so we are successful in what matters most to us.

You will leave this workshop with a set of techniques, some deep personal experiences and insights, and a framework for making wise choices.

Let’s be wise together and make a difference that matters in a complex world.
