What is Yoga Nidra?

Nidra means Sleep. Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious, deep relaxation that reduces tension, decreases anxiety, and improves sleep. If practiced consistently, Yoga Nidra can even lead to deep, personal transformation.

This workshop includes an explanation of Yoga Nidra, specific steps in the practice, and a long, guided practice.
Please come prepared to relax deeply:

* Wear soft, comfortable clothing.
* Don't eat a heavy meal prior to class.
* Bring anything (water, blankets, towels, mat covers, pillows or other props) that will make you more comfortable.
