Aubrey Warren

Aubrey Warren has been teaching yoga and group fitness since 2003. She's a wife and mom of 2 boys.

She completed her 200-hr RYT through YogaFit, whose philosophical emphasis centers around spinal safety, combining principals of Kundalini, Asthanga, Hatha & Vinyasa yoga styles.

She is an E-RYT and YACEP with the Yoga Alliance, offering CEUs to yoga teachers. She is also a core teacher in the Keller Yoga 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program.

Although Aubrey started teaching dance over 20 years ago while in high school, her primary group fitness certification was through AFAA (Aerobic Fitness Association of America). She has taught many different formats, however her forte’s and passions revolve around dance & mind-body practices. From Hip Hip & Latin to her newest love of conscious dance, 5 Rhythms and JourneyDance (making dance a meditation) – Aubrey loves moving her body and inspiring others to feel their own inner rhythm.

Aubrey’s preferred styles of mind-body are mat Pilates and Vinyasa Yoga.

Because of her dance background and understanding of musicology, Aubrey has a unique ability to craft playlists that drive emotional shifts via asana.
