Tadd McCullough
I am an insightful and articulate movement educator with an eclectic perspective: I draw from ALL my experiences, including a rich humanities background and training in public speaking, stage movement, ballet and various forms of contemporary dance.
I have developed a unique perspective of conscious movement and personal awareness, drawing from a diverse range of modalities including traditional yoga postures, vinyasa sequences, postural alignment, breathing techniques, personal reflection and meditation, the Socratic method, relaxation strategies, total body strength training, TRX, movement awareness practices influenced by the Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais Method, Pilates, and movement inquiries crafted from my personal teaching and learning experiences.
In other words, something for everyone – from beginners just starting to add yoga and flexibility training to their routines, to seasoned yogis wanting to add depth and variety to their practice.
Since I began studying and teaching over 9 years ago, yoga has introduced me to myself, incredible new experiences, and to so many talented and knowledgeable teachers and incredible people. I'm eager to continue . . .
My Certifications:
200-hr yoga certification, Living Yoga Program; ACE-Certified Personal Trainer; TRX certified Suspension Training
