In order to streamline the registration process and make every event a very pleasant and problem-free experience for all attendees and staff, we ask that you review the following Living Yoga Dallas policies. Your registration for a Living Yoga Dallas event acknowledges that you have read and accept the following Living Yoga Dallas policies.

REGISTRATION POLICIES
ADVANCE REGISTRATION: In order to qualify for the advanced registration price, payment must be made prior to or on the date that advanced registration expires, unless a special arrangement has been made with Living Yoga Dallas.

MAILING PAYMENT: When you opt to make payment by check or money order via mail, your space will be held for seven days pending receipt of payment, unless we are within 14 days of the event. If registration is made within 14 days of the event, Living Yoga Dallas requires payment to be made at the time of registration.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
ADMINISTRATION FEE: A $50.00 administration fee will be applied to each and every cancellation/refund.

REFUNDS: Refunds, less the $50.00 administration fee, can be made prior to 30 days before the event. Refunds, less the $50.00 administration fee, requested within 30 days of the event, must follow these guidelines:

1. If the event is sold out and SPACE CAN BE FILLED with wait-listed participants, then refund can be made, less the $50.00 administration fee.
2. If the workshop is not sold out and space cannot be filled, your balance, less the $50.00 administration fee, may be applied to ONE and only one future event within six months of the date of the original workshop. No refund is available if you are unable to attend the future workshop to which your balance has been applied.
3. Transfer of registration from one participant to another will incur a $25.00 administration fee, and must be addressed on a per-situation basis to take into consideration the wait-list for sold-out events.
4. If you pay for a workshop and do not attend, we cannot honor a refund.

Occasionally, it will be necessary to make adjustments to the above-mentioned policies in the event that Living Yoga Dallas is bound by additional contractual policies with the presenter. Those special circumstances, when applicable, will be noted on the detailed information page for the event.

CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION
Certificates of Completion for CEU/CEC credit will be provided only if a request has been made by email, telephone, or noted on your registration form. Requests MUST be made 48 hours or more prior to the event.

EVENT LOCATION
Living Yoga Dallas supports the yoga community in Dallas, and holds events at various studios and sites within the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. Each event's hosting location is indicated on our Upcoming Events page as well as the event's detailed information page. It is the responsibility of each participant to review the details for each event and be aware of the location for each individual event. No refunds will be made if a workshop is missed due to a participant's failure to attend at the correct location. Each participant is also responsible for honoring any hosting location's policies and/or procedures.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
The participant acknowledges that the course can consist of strenuous physical exercise from which he/she can suffer personal injury. The customer agrees to forever hold harmless Living Yoga Dallas, its employees, representatives, and the hosting facility from any and all liability or damages resulting from either personal injury, theft or loss of personal property. It is always a good idea to consult your health care provider for approval prior to any participation in physical activity.
