WEEKEND WORKSHOP:
Forrest Yoga: Revitalize Your Health and Well-Being
Experience the re-birth of our bodies that will lead to the rejuvenation of spirit. The sedentary and frenetic pace of modern living exacerbates our stress levels and transforms our bodies into stiff, inflexible, often over-weight and generally un-healthy vessels. The body can harbor the lasting effects of negative emotions like pain, sorrow, anger, fear and loss all within its cell tissue.

In this workshop we will focus on cleansing our selves with asana and breath. Learning to walk with grace into a life of greater flexibility, fitness and joy! Washing away tension and clearing internal blockages! Revitalize and rejoice!

Forrest Yoga: Unraveling the Mysteries of Neck, Shoulders and Hips.
Most of our daily activities and habitual patterns (sitting, typing, driving, sports, hauling children, groceries), and our many responsibilities as well as physical injuries tighten and harden our neck, shoulders and hips.

Further throughout this workshop, Ana will guide you into safely un-locking and opening these areas. Through a sweaty and intense Forrest Yoga practice you can learn to release your potential to: live pain free in these areas, breathe into and relax, these tension spots, and release under-lying emotional issues. Create space and freedom in the joints, strengthen the muscles around these joints and walk through life with grace and authority.Sweaty and exhilarating.

Forrest Yoga is a dynamic and mindful yoga practice that builds flexibility; intelligence and strength while helping each student deepen their relationship to his or her Authentic Self. Forrest Yoga helps individuals heal from physical and emotional injuries and create a more spacious home for their spirit. It encourages honesty, integrity and fascination with the healing process of both life and yoga.

The four pillars of Forrest Yoga are Breath – Strength – Integrity - Spirit
