Blair Lewis is an author and physician’s
assistant who has been practicing yoga, homeopathy and
holistic medicine for 24 years. He conducts seminars
worldwide on yoga science, Ayurveda and homeopathy. He
is the author of Happiness: The Real Medicine
and How it Works (May 2005), and various
eBooks on meditation and self improvement. He is
the co-author of Homeopathic Remedies for Health
Professionals and Laypeople (June 1990),
a major homeopathic textbook of acute ailments.
Fondly known as the “Happiness
Doctor,” Blair is also the
Founder and Spiritual Director of the Alive and
Healthy Institute, a non-profit organization building
a bridge between science and spirituality. He
is the co-founder of the Blue Sky Educational Foundation
that provides holistic massage training throughout
Wisconsin.
A humorous and engaging speaker, Blair is
returning to Dallas this June to speak on health and happiness.

Learn how to create more space in your life and more
time in your day. These tantric techniques of advanced pranayama
are a blend of the sciences of yoga, Ayurveda, and jyotish
(Vedic astrology). The techniques are practical and experiential. All
levels of students are welcome. Come prepared to listen, learn

executive and parent. Blair will lead you through the
initial stages of the Power Nap -- providing 6 hours
of rest in 16 minutes or less. Be ready to lay down.

Journey into the Heart of India and Mysticism

The tradition of the Himalayan Sages remains unbroken for over
5000 years and is accessible to you today. Join Blair Lewis for an
evening of video clips, photos and amazing stories of the largest gathering
of yogis and sages in 144 years. The event occurred in January 2001
and you will be able to attend a next Khumba Mela in January 2007. A
fascinating evening for all ages. Passports not required.
