DATES: January 26, 27 and 28, 2007
LOCATION: Sammons Center for the Arts

A note from Dave to his friends in Dallas:
A lot has happened since my last visit to Dallas in April 2006. I've climbed Mt. Everest and Kilimanjaro, lowered my best time in a marathon to 2:12:17, and am finishing my third novel. Of course, this all happened in a dream and none of it is true. In reality, since I was last in Dallas, I've continued my journeys sharing the Force available to those who own the Moment. I am now the "Mind-Body Expert" on Yahoo, so if you search yahoo for "David Romanelli," you can see the latest. And I'm really excited to return to Dallas for three more rocking, delicious, soothing workshops. Please consider attending all 3 as each will have a unique flow, music, message and chocolates. See you soon!

ABOUT DAVID ROMANELLI:
Upon graduating college, David Romanelli started taking yoga and loved it so much he decided to open a yoga studio. Along with some great friends, he co-founded At One Yoga (www.atoneyoga.com) which consists of 3 state-of-the art studios in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. A pioneering effort in the national yoga scene, At One Yoga fuses Western culture's fashion, music and technology with Eastern culture's sacred rituals and ancient tradition.

As a yoga teacher David adds a fun spin to his traditional vinyasa flow classes. Growing up loving the Grateful Dead, who played a different set list at every show, David brings that uniqueness to each of his yoga classes. Every time you show up, you'll hear a different play list and a new and inspiring message. He calls his style Yeah Dave Yoga. Imagine spirituality with a rock n' roll sensibility!

David is the "Mind-Body Expert" on Yahoo and taught the Power of Being Present at the 2005 Inc. 500 Conference. David teaches daily yoga classes at Exhale in Santa Monica, California.

ABOUT YOGA + CHOCOLATE:
Yoga teacher and At One Yoga co-founder David Romanelli and Vosges Haut Chocolat founder and chocolatier Katrina Markoff have been great friends since their college years. Katrina and David realized their careers each involved a unique type of "fusion". Katrina was fusing chocolate with curry, wasabi and chiles to create the Vosges experience. David was fusing the 5,000 year old practice of yoga with modern music ranging from Frank Sinatra to Puff Daddy and everything in between to create Yeah Dave Yoga. Katrina and David launched the Yoga + Chocolate experience in a 2004 retreat to Oaxaca, Mexico. The Yoga + Chocolate experience has been featured in THE NEW YORK TIMES, CHICAGO TRIBUNE, MARIE CLAIRE, and THE CBS NEWS. There is nothing better to free the mind than flowing yoga, delicious chocolate, and great music... imagine all three in one amazing experience!

ITINERARY (subject to change):
Friday, January 26, 2007, 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Yoga + Chocolate

"Time is not a straight line but a series of NOW points."

The Yoga + Chocolate workshop will begin with a tasting of chocolatier Katrina Markoff's Red Fire truffle consisting of Mexican ancho and chipotle chile peppers, ceylon cinnamon, and dark chocolate. This will set the tone for David's 90 minute flowing vinyasa yoga class set to great music that will inspire a deeper look at your truth, passion and purpose. At the end of class, you will be in a deeply relaxed, totally present state of mind as you are guided through a tasting of Katrina's Barcelona bar made with dark chocolate and sea salt. You'll finish realizing that a scattered mind diminishes your sense of taste, hearing and smell and you'll remember that being present adds amazing flavor to every moment. This will be the ultimate sensory experience... great music, flowing yoga, inspiring spiritual message, and last but not least, a chocolate sensation not to be forgotten.

Music highlights:
Truckin' (The Grateful Dead)
We're Off To See the Wizard (Wizard of Oz)
