The weekend will include lecture and practicum on Yogic Perspective on Health and Healing, Mastering the First Three Chakras, and Preparatory Steps to Intensify Your Practice.

Feature topics include:

  • Living a life of balance and moderation
  • Avoiding extremes
  • Creating a lifestyle where the four primitive urges find their expression in nurturing ways
  • Identifying the flaws in our modern way of living — problems with food, sleep, sex, and self-preservation, and the damage caused by an unhealthy lifestyle
  • How the first two chakras have been badly affected, and an introduction to the solution
  • Addressing hatha yoga, pranayama, and meditation, and the Gayatri and Maha Mrityunjaya mantras – special practices to deepen one’s meditation and enrich collective consciousness with peaceful energy
  • And, demonstrations from Panditji’s personal practice!

Private meetings and spiritual consultations are available! Panditji and Rolf are available for consultations by advance appointment only. Panditji is encouraging personal appointments in preparation for the Year Long Meditation – Akhanda Japa, hosted by the Himalayan Institute and commencing November 2, 2007. WHAT TO BRING:
Please come prepared to practice and listen. Wear comfortable clothing in which you can move easily and freely. Bring your own yoga mat and your own bottled water. Bring any props that you will need that will help your experience be relaxed and enjoyable, and a meditation cushion or blanket if you utilize them.
