Brian and Kendall will co-teach this special Saturday afternoon mini-workshop with specific emphasis on revitalizing and energizing your body and spirit for Fall. This extended class will offer breath work, asana, relaxation, guided meditation and specifically designed sequences to recharge and refresh where your body, mind and energy meet.
This workshop class will involve a vigorous vinyasa flow, guided meditation, breathe work, and a long restorative relaxation. Brian and Kendall will give you specific yoga tools for you to use with the upcoming demands and pressures of this Fall and Winter.
ABOUT KENDALL INMAN:
Kendall was first introduced to ashtanga yoga in college over 20 years ago. As a 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor, Kendall has been greatly influenced by many of the great yoga masters in her study and practice. You may recognize Kendall’s name as the founder of Living Yoga Dallas. In that capacity she has produced and participated in over 30 local yoga workshops over the last three years with such highly influential yoga masters like Manju Jois, Seane Corn, Beryl Bender Birch, Saul David Raye. Tim Miller, Baron Baptiste, John Friend, Ana Forrest, Manorama, Victor van Kooten and Angela Farmer, Erich Shiffmann, Richard Freeman, Sharon Gannon and David Life of Jivamukti Yoga, Bryan Kest, Sarah Powers and also teacher trainings with Rod Stryker, Manju Jois, Beryl Bender Birch and Baron Baptiste. Kendall's vinyasa flow classes are accessible to all levels of practice yet vigorous, and challenging, with very special attention to breath and alignment. Kendall is especially interested in encouraging her students to connect movement with breath, calm and steady the mind and create an energetically enhancing experience. Her classes involve a vigorous flow, attention to holding poses and working on focus, alignment and breathe, deep relaxation and meditation.
ABOUT BRIAN ARSENAULT:
Brian entered the path of yoga in 1995; previously, he was a Broadway dancer touring both nationally and internationally with numerous shows. For the past 12 years he has been a Personal Fitness Trainer, teaching a variety of interrelated movement and flexibility classes. Brian began giving instruction in yoga asana in 1999 and continues to study and be inspired by many teachers, most notably Shiva Rae, Rodney Yee, Donna Holleman, and Rod Stryker. Brian’s classes are a journey into finding your own yoga path and your own yoga journey.
