Seane has been motivated by yoga and Spiritual self-reflection since the late eighties. Her style is evident in her unique self-expression and her vinyasa classes are an eclectic fusion of various healing and Spiritual modalities making them challenging, intuitive, insightful and uplifting.

Seen on The Today Show and selected by Nike to represent yoga, she has been featured in commercials, print and various articles, and featured on the cover of numerous magazines including Yoga Journal, Fit Yoga and Healing Retreats. Seane can be contacted through www.myss.com where she has been chosen by acclaimed author and Spiritualist Caroline Myss to answer questions on yoga and healing.

Seane created the yoga program at Children of the Night, a shelter that houses and educates adolescent prostitutes. She also teaches group classes at Yoga Works in Los Angeles and leads workshops and retreats internationally. Her first video — Vinyasa Flow Yoga—Uniting Movement and Breath is now available nationally and internationally.

Suzanne is an ecstatic vocalist and composer whose devotional music speaks to the Divine in each of us. Her debut album Bhakti was critically acclaimed and her performances offer a skillful blend of sacred ceremony, spiritual inquiry and ecstatic celebration. Suzanne sings of the wild places deep in the soul and her voice has the power to take you on a seductive journey into Spirit.

Suzanne creates contemporary sacred music rooted in the ancient traditions of kirtans/chanting but with English lyrics. Mixing Middle Eastern, Indian and Celtic influences, Suzanne's devotional music ranges from meditative to wild, rhythmic and danceable. Yet always her aim is to awaken our hearts to be able to feel, and our voices to be able to sing.

THE WORKSHOP:
Seane Corn will begin our workshop Saturday afternoon with an emphasis on detoxification and purification. She refers to this class as Detox Flow and will encourage each of us to take the time to cleanse our systems and re-evaluate the way we approach our diet and health in this challenging and creative vinyasa flow class. Seane will guide us through an asana sequence that is specifically designed to stimulate and purify the internal organs, increase respiration and circulation and improve digestion. This class will include breathing exercises, sun salutations A and B, many twisting poses and inversions.

Sunday morning we will awaken and begin our practice with Vinyasa Flow: Body Prayer. When practicing yoga we have the opportunity to use our bodies as a vehicle for devotion. Each asana becomes an offering and expression of our infinite appreciation for the Divine in our lives. We unite matter and consciousness, body and spirit, heaven and earth, exploring every movement as a miracle and every breath as magic. This challenging and creative flow class aligns asana, mediation, visualization and prayer initiating us into a deeper relationship with our physical, emotional and spiritual selves.

Sunday afternoon, after a mid-afternoon break, we will focus on Grounding Down. In this class we will wind down the day exploring the health benefits of inversions, partner-assisted back bends and forward bends, deep hip openers, visualization exercises, meditation and relaxation. This class will be informative, playful, reflective and balancing, and open to all levels of experience.
