In the Alpha Omega Yoga Teacher Training Course you will discover a wealth of ancient yoga teachings, and how to apply these teachings in everyday life. The course will provide you with a deeper spiritual knowledge and introduce you to yogic tools on a therapeutic level. You will learn the two sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda and why they work together.
