Soul Motivation Yoga Studio

Soul Motivation is a new kind of yoga studio. Founded by accomplished Metroplex yoga instructor, Joseph Stingley, Soul Motivation aims to help people lead more fulfilling lives by enhancing their mental, physical, and spiritual health. The studio teaches Joseph's version of power vinyasa yoga. Clients at the studio exercise not just their bodies, but their minds and souls as well.

The studio is located within an office complex called Commerce Plaza Hillcrest in the Churchill neighborhood of North Dallas. It's just southeast of the intersection of the LBJ Freeway and Hillcrest Road, a little more than a mile west of the LBJ’s intersection with U.S. 75.
