Alice Redding, RYT, CALT is offering STRIPES Training in private and group sessions for children and adults experiencing relaxation and focusing problems caused by everyday stress, ADHD, anxiety, and other issues that interfere with learning and working. It teaches an easy 3 step practice in relaxation using yoga breathing and movement techniques to reduce stress, hyperactivity and anxiety in children or adults. Alice has written a book, CD and cards that will support this training and can be purchased from Alice during class.
Inability to stay focused and calm can be a real barrier to learning and this practice will increase a student’s ability to relax and focus on the tasks at hand. It quickly “reboots the brain”, and builds self-management skills that will last a lifetime. Students feel better and function at a higher level for learning both in and out of school.
