YogaOne Studios

YogaOne is a single studio with two locations a short block apart in the midtown area of Houston, Texas. Our Hot Yoga, Forrest Yoga and Dance classes are held at the custom Hot Studio (3030 Travis) and all other classes (Flow, Ashtanga, Pralaya and Jivamukti) are at the historic Flow Factory (3225 Milam). YogaOne has been a labor of love. The owners, Albina Rippy and Roger Rippy, took their first yoga class together in 2001. Since then, we have been actively and devotedly developing our individual yoga practices. We decided in 2007 to take our passion for yoga to the next level and share it with others through teaching.

YogaOne's mission is to create a community of strong, inspired and empowered individuals who seek transformation, both personal and global, through yoga. We aim to take our lessons learned on the mat into all that we do. We are for the yoga of inclusion, the yoga of freedom, the yoga of yes. We have classes daily for students of all levels.
