This is an education program to give you the tools you need to fill a more fulfilled life, with better health and more abundance.

4 Tracks of Education that can be done independently or as a whole Education Package

1) Understanding the Science of Life - Ayurveda - the Backbone of Yoga Practice: Learn about your unique constitution and how your health is impacted by food, activity, work and routine. Develop skills to make healthier choices each day to support your practice and your life.

We'll review the types of food best for your body type, how and when to eat, and the daily and seasonal routines and exercises to support better health. Improve quality of life with informed decisions on your personal health. Find space for a self-care plan to support your health-care plan. Led by Kirsten Joy Burch, Certified Ayurveda Lifestyle Counselor.

2) The Four Desires Weekend Retreat - Finding a Life of Freedom, Fulfillment, Purpose and Joy - based on Rod Stryker's book, go through this proven process to determine your unique purpose and learn the techniques to keep you on your highest path. Dharma is the purpose of life - why we're here and what we're meant to accomplish. Finding our purpose can be difficult, living it even more difficult. People from all over the globe and all walks of life have benefited from this weekend program. Led by certified Four Desires Master Teacher.

3) Yogic Lifestyle Series and Weekend Retreat - enjoy the online series, 2 hour workshops and local weekend retreat to easily incorporate the science and philosophy of yoga and Ayurveda into your daily choices - where life IS practice and practice is life! Led by local and international Master Teachers.

4) Develop and Refine your Personal Practice - your daily sustained yoga practice can be as short as 5 minutes or as long as 2 hours - learn how to establish a reliable routine to find better health and balance, harness mental stability and calm, and confidently prescribe the techniques and practices to help you reach your goals personally, professionally and spiritually. A collaboration of the industry's local healers and master teachers.

About this Presenter: 

Kirsten Joy teaches Kundalini Tantra combining movement with breath, meditation and more to bring you to a more balanced state of body, mind and energy. She studies yoga science and philosophy through the Himalayan Institute and continues her Ayurveda studies in Dallas with Om Yoga Journey.

Owner of Living Yoga Dallas and founder of PraniLife, she hopes to help others develop the tools for a conscious lifestyle through customized choices in diet, exercise, and lifestyle routine, accessible at any phase of life.
