Event Description:

Get in touch with the wisdom of your soul through meditation, writing exercises, and yoga nidra practices. It is time to move beyond old stories and patterns that keep you stuck.

~This workshop will activate your manifestation power, amplify your deserving power and connect you with your ability to thrive and live a purposeful life.

The authentic practice of yoga nidra is a science for deep relaxation, a highly evolved method of meditation, a powerful technique for stress management and self-healing, a way to improve memory, gain greater mastery over the conscious mind, and find the source of lasting inner peace. Yoga nidra can be used as an intriguing system of self-discovery, to guide one into deeper realms of the subconscious and connect to the infinite.

It is said that 40 minutes of yoga nidra can be equivalent to 3 hours of sleep and that in itself is enough to do it!

When we utilize practices like yoga nidra that can support us in deeply restoring and relaxing we have more energy to be awake and aware during our meditation practice. We may feel more refreshed upon waking and our daily routine is inspired with more clarity and stamina.

Friday 6p-9p- learn more about the power of intention, how to identify your deepest desires and begin the process to set them into motion.

Saturday 10a-5p- dive deep with guided meditation, and in the space of heightened awareness, we'll use writing exercises to uncover dormant intention and obstacles. Enjoy lunch onsite, alone in reflection or with others.

Sunday 10a-5p- continue the journey and discover the tools and methods to develop and sustain momentum towards your goals, with increased willpower and determination sustained through the practice.

Bring your favorite blanket, pillow, eye pillow and other comfy props. Bring your journal and something to write with, along with a spillproof bottle.

About this Presenter:

Tracee Stanley has been studying Yoga and Tantra since 1995. A former high level executive in the film industry for over 18 years, she began sharing her understanding of the ancient technology of Tantra when her teacher Yogarupa Rod Stryker initiated her into the lineage of Sri Vidya in 2001.

She found that these practices created a foundation of balance and clarity in the fast paced world of Hollywood and was inspired to open yoga studios to share the teachings. She co-owned and operated the Divine Motion Yoga studios until 2010 while continuing to produce and oversee feature films. It was during this time that her passion for teaching grew and she endeavored to find a way to marry her love of film with yoga.

The focus of Tracee’s teaching is empowerment, sankalpa, self-mastery and healing. As a Level 1 Certified Para Yoga Teacher and Certified Four Desires Trainer she utilizes the unique practices of the tradition to guide students towards the door of awakening to their true nature, creating positive momentum and accelerating the trajectory towards fulfilling their destiny for an empowered life.

Her new CD and Empowered Life Self Inquiry Oracle cards are available online. Tracee is on the faculty of Esalen Institute and is a co-owner of Pranamaya a yoga media company.  She leads teacher trainings, yoga retreats and presents at festivals internationally.
