So many women look forward to retirement – the travel, the time with grandkids, the freedom to come and go and do as they please. And then they retire and realize that they don’t have the stamina they need to support their dreams. After sitting behind a desk for years, they are heavier than they want to be, they are weaker than they want to be, and they aren’t sure where to begin. Many may believe that they are missing the motivation or willpower to change things as they recognize they are not functioning at their best.
