Empowered. A word I live by. All of us have the ability to overcome things in our lives. Defining moments in our "story" give us a choice, the courage to either become our truth, or live in a lie.

Psychotherapist and yoga teacher Thom Allen has been sharing his passion for wellness for more than 25 years. Students enjoy his unique style that is mentally stimulating, physically exhilarating and spiritually inspiring. With experience ranging from restorative therapeutics and meditation to an empowered yoga flow, Thom works with a variety of populations, from corporate executives and professional athletes to those with terminal illnesses and their caregivers.

Jordan’s yoga practice has allowed her to heal a number of emotional wounds that were affecting her everyday life. Years of dealing with ADHD symptoms, anxiety, and self-doubt have slowly melted away as she has spent more time on her mat, with her teachers, learning how to serve herself and others with this practice.

My passion is fitness, period.

I teach yoga because I want to make everyday a source of healing. It is my love and my passion. Mind, body and spirit come together for me in the energies of movement and the calm of breath of yoga. I began teaching yoga in 2003 after practicing for several years. In all my teaching, I focus on deep tissue release, joint mobility, and strength. Yoga can help anyone heal the aches of their body and spirit. It can also help athletes of all ages improve their performance and avoid or help heal injuries.

Suze introduced Power Yoga to Dallas, TX (1996); and subsequently opened Dallas' first Power Yoga studio in 2000.

Suze’s “yoga journey" began in 1990 ~ inspired by the practice and philosophy of two of the original Masters ~ Pattabhi Jois and BKS Iyengar.

I am holistic personal trainer, yoga teacher and wellness coach with a specialty in: seniors, womens fitness, therapeutic fitness, weight management, stress relief, couples, pre/post natal and injury recovery. I have over 10 years experience designing programs for clients with diverse backgrounds and needs. I offer private in home yoga sessions which are based on your goals and intention. Packages include free wellness coaching and nutrition advising! There is not one program alike; which allows your sessions to be entirely unique, comprehensive and holistic. 

My mission is simply to be a guide to help you open a door to your own joy, awareness and expansion. And my teaching style is an exploratory and complementary mix of yin & yang - reinforcing a balance of strength & softness, of power & surrender, of challenge & acceptance. Always acknowledging that the physical practice is only one small part of the wisdom that is yoga. The mat is a beautiful microcosmic school of life and everybody's experience is going to be different. It's a blessing to be part of the journey.

Colby is a fully-certified 500 hour Yoga Alliance instructor trained in Rocket, Hatha and Ashtanga styles, as well as a Gold-level PiYo Instructor, freelance choreographer and ACE Health Coach. With a decade of experience as a certified fitness and yoga instructor, Colby's expertise spans a wide variety of disciplines. In 2012, her passion to help others thrive led to the launch of Slice Fitness, one of London's original boutique fitness studios.

Bethany found her way to her first yoga class in 2002 as a stressed out, depressed college student in Denton, TX – and one liberating, sweet savasana later, she was hooked for life. A move to Los Angeles in 2006 (and more stress!) inspired her to delve deeper into her practice and since, she has been inspired by teachers Max Strom, Seane Corn, Kathryn Budig, Bryan Kest, Daniel Stewart, Claire Hartley and countless others along the way. She completed her 200-RYT in 2011 with Rising Lotus Yoga in Los Angeles and has taught in LA, Houston and now Dallas.
