Tammy is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and has had the honor of studying under such beloved and talented teachers as Rod Stryker, Kathryn Budig, Seane Corn, and Jeff Masters.  Ever a seeker, it is her goal to continually study, learn, and grow.

Melanie was inspired to try yoga in 2006 when training for a triathlon. Her instant realization that the practice went far deeper than just a way to tone led her to explore the philosophy and history of yoga. Melanie received her 200-hour RYT certification in 2012. The studies proved to be a ‘game-changer’ in her life; the first step was to open her heart to learn what made her ‘tick’ in order to live a life full of compassion, love and acceptance. Melanie will always think of herself as a student, always grateful for the lessons yoga teaches her each time she steps on the mat.

Nancy began a meditation practice 45 years ago and soon thereafter yoga. Since that time she has had a long, continuous love affair with the practice. Nancy spent years living in Asia where she studied meditation with monks and has travelled to India many times. She has had an opportunity to study and practice Hatha, Iyengar and Anusara styles of Yoga and with masters Tias Little, Erich Schiffmann, and John Friend. Nancy originally began teaching Anusara Yoga in 2003.

Debbie Simon, E-RYT500 Debbie has been teaching yoga since 2007 and has been in the health and wellness field since 1999. She received her RYT-200 and RYT-500 training through Blue Anjou’s Breathe into Awareness teacher training program. Known for her down to earth personality, her classes are meditative in structure without losing the physical aspect. She firmly believes meditation is the foundation of a holistic yoga practice. She is inspired by the rituals and routines of Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, as well as its emphasis on vegetarian food.
