I stumbled into Yoga in 1998, discovering not just a physical exercise but a spiritual tool for waking us up to whom we truly are.
My studies as a teacher began with Dallas yogi, Kurt Johnsen. I continue to study in the U.S. and abroad with many international teachers. My main sources of training, in Anatomy, structure and inspiration, are Seane Corn and Tias Little. I continue to climb through the branches of yoga with more lessons in spirit and compassion to come.
This journey has led me to south India to study yoga at its roots. I was fortunate to have amazing teachers in Ayurveda and Ashtanga. In India I discovered the true healing powers of yoga. This divine inspiration led me to Thailand to study Thai Yoga Massage and back to school to get my massage therapy license. I am so blessed to be able to share my practice full-time now, teaching yoga and working hands-on in these healing modalities.
