Paula studied at the University of North Texas receiving her Bachelors Degree and Masters of Education in Counseling Psychology and Alternative Medicine. She continued her post-graduate training with the Dallas Group Psychotherapy Training Program, the Midwest Institute of Gestalt Psychotherapy, and the National Institute of Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback. Her current interests are in the areas of alternative healthcare, using eastern psychology and body-centered psychotherapy as modalities into her treatment style.
I have been studying since 1976. My concentration has been in the areas of asana and yoga psychology. My interests are in Mind/BodyIntegration, therapeutic yoga & yoga philosophy. As a psychotherapist, I use yoga philosophy to facilitate people’s development of a stronger relationship with themselves encouraging self-acceptance, vitality and well-being.
I also teach Lighten Up Your Body & Mind, a lifestyle cleansing program as well as chakra therapy based group study.
