Dorsey is a mechanical engineer by degree and a yoga and mindfulness teacher by passion. Her mindfulness practice has helped her succeed at a Fortune 500 tech company, overcome mental illness, and ultimately connect more deeply with those around her. An avid learner, Dorsey routinely grows her practice and her teaching by participating in yoga workshops, silent meditation retreats, and conferences like Wisdom 2.0 in San Francisco. Mary Kimberlin - Certified Advanced Rolfer and Yoga Teacher

Mary Kimberlin is a Certified Advanced Rolfer.  She began her journey into Rolfing in 1991 when a Physical Therapist recommended it.  In 1999, she completed her advanced studies in Italy and Germany as well as additional training in both cranial sacral therapy and visceral manipulation.

Mary Sue Hayward

Mary Sue is a yoga teacher in Dallas, Texas. She discovered yoga in mid-life and understands what it is like to be a beginner.

Mary Sue has a Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from SMU, and completed her 200-hour and 500-hour teacher training at Priya Yoga. She was certified as a HeavyWeight Yoga instructor in 2014, and studied Prenatal yoga in 2016.

David Sunshine

David began his journey into yoga in 1993. David started studying under one of Dallas' finest certified Iyengar instructors, Fred Dowd. Nancy Daniels

Nancy discovered yoga in college over 40 years ago, and since that time she has had a long, continuous love affair with the practice.

She has had an opportunity to study and practice Hatha, Iyengar and Anusara styles of Yoga and with masters Tias Little, Erich Schiffmann, and John Friend. Nancy originally began teaching Anusara Yoga in 2003.
