I started my yoga journey six years ago after being referred to yoga by a chiropractor and haven’t been able to get off the mat ever since.
I recently moved to Dallas from St. Louis, MO where I completed a 200 yoga certification course and I am interested in a part-time Yoga Instructor position.
I have a strong passion for yoga which allows me to quickly develop a positive relationship with students by listening to their needs and concerns, and encouraging them through each stage of their yoga journey.

I began studying yoga in 2003. I started my practice in hot yoga and Bikram. After being introduced to Anusara Yoga through Jason Lobo, I focused my studies in this method under the guidance of my dear teacher, Christina Sell.
Currently working toward my Anusara-Inspired certification, I study deeply with both Christina Sell and Senior Intermediate III Iyengar yoga teacher, George Purvis. You can find George at the BKS Iyengar Studio in Dallas. My classes are playful, clever, and challenging; they're athletic, spiritual, and therapeutic.
