Dr. Christopher Willard

Dr. Christopher Willard, (PsyD) is a renowned author, international speaker, and Harvard Medical School lecturer on mindfulness and psychology. He is the author of many books including Growing Up Mindful (2016) and, the soon to be released, Raising Resilience (2017).  He currently serves on the board of directors at the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy and is the President of the Mindfulness in Education Network.

Dorsey Standish

A mechanical engineer by degree and a yoga and mindfulness teacher by passion. Her mindfulness practice has helped her succeed at a Fortune 500 tech company, overcome mental illness, and ultimately connect more deeply with those around her. An avid learner, Dorsey routinely grows her practice and her teaching by participating in yoga workshops, silent meditation retreats, and conferences like Wisdom 2.0 in San Francisco. Natalya Dubrovina

Natalya Dubrovina was born in Russia and immigrated to the United States in 2008. She had been practicing yoga for 7 years, before becoming RYT-200, and started teaching yoga. Natalya has a choreographic and athletic background, including 10 years in a ballet school and 10 years in professional sport (sport aerobic), including 5 years as an athlete and 5 years as a coach for community college team.

Thom Allen

Psychotherapist and yoga teacher Thom Allen has been sharing his passion for wellness for more than 25 years. Students enjoy his unique style that is mentally stimulating, physically exhilarating and spiritually inspiring. With experience ranging from restorative therapeutics and meditation to an empowered yoga flow, Thom works with a variety of populations, from corporate executives and professional athletes to those with terminal illnesses and their caregivers. I took my first yoga class in college in the early 2000’s and all I can remember about it is that I always fell asleep in savasana, the resting post at the end of every class. A workout that ended with a nap sounded pretty good to me!

Julie Reid

Julie comes from a strong athletic background and a lifelong passion for health and wellness.  Formally practicing yoga since 2009, she has studied primarily with her beloved Teacher, Yogarupa Rod Stryker, internationally renowned master teacher of Tantra-Hatha yoga and meditation, founder of ParaYoga, and author of The Four Desires: Creating a Life of Purpose, Happiness, Prosperity, and Freedom, since 2011.  She is honored and humbled to be an initiate of the Sri Vidya Tradition and Himalayan lineage since 2012.

Jordan Jones

Jordan’s yoga practice has allowed her to heal a number of emotional wounds that were affecting her everyday life. Years of dealing with ADHD symptoms, anxiety, and self-doubt have slowly melted away as she has spent more time on her mat, with her teachers, learning how to serve herself and others with this practice.
