Event Description:

Connecting with Purpose and Diminishing the Obstacles That Stand in Your Way of Living to Your Fullest Potential.

Are you living to your fullest potential? Many times in life we may feel like a rudderless ship: aimless, stuck, or having so many projects that our energy is dispersed and nothing ever gets accomplished. At other times, we just don't know what our purpose is, and if we do have a sense of our dharma, it can be hard to actualize it with all the other responsibilities that we have in life.

This workshop offers a chance to journey into the lotus of the heart, uncover our heart's deepest desire, and align with our soul’s unique purpose. Sourced from the teachings in Rod Stryker’s book, The Four Desires, we access the deepest parts of ourselves through yoga, meditation, visualization, deep relaxation, and writing exercises. During this workshop, you can gain tools to activate willpower, manifest intentions, and release negative habits.

Through this process of self-study and deep listening, we come into effortless alignment with who we truly are meant to be and access the doorway to our infinite potential. Other goals of the workshop include the following:

  • Develop a personal practice to reduce lethargy, procrastination, and other negative habits
  • Learn deep relaxation techniques to enhance rejuvenation, memory, and clarity
  • Access meditations to cultivate intuition and increase shakti (empowerment)
  • Uncover and diminish the shadow energy that keeps you from achieving goals

Included in the workshop:
40 day follow up online Dharma Momentum session
Facebook support group.
Recorded practices from the workshop.

Yoga Alliance CEU credits are available.

About this Presenter:

Tracee Stanley has been studying Yoga and Tantra since 1995.

A former President of Development and Production in the film industry for over 18 years, she began sharing her understanding of the ancient technology of Tantra when her teacher Yogarupa Rod Stryker initiated her into the lineage of Sri Vidya in 2001. She found that these practices created a foundation of balance, clarity and power in the fast paced,male-driven world of Hollywood; she was inspired to open yoga studios to share the teachings. She co-owned an operated the Divine Motion Yoga studio's until 2010 while continuing to produce and oversee production of feature films.

The focus of Tracee’s teaching is empowerment, sankalpa (intention), self-mastery and self-study. As a ParaYoga® Level I Certified Teacher  and a Certified Four Desires Trainer she utilizes the unique practices of the tradition to guide students towards the door of awakening to their true nature, creating positive momentum and accelerating the trajectory towards fulfilling their destiny for an empowered life. She has developed the programs Yoga for a Broken HeartTM and Yoga for Willpower and IntentionTM and offers these teachings in workshop and retreat settings.
