Creating links without evidence – a perversion of faith.
I Choose Worry – fear – sadness
NEXT slips and I swing into THEN, pain – sadness – loss
I own the memory – I play it – unchanging.
I remember – I release
before I am still, I sweep to NEXT – to non-time – to un-happened moments
which I make up - from nothingness.
I plan – I prepare for nothing
I am ready for the un-happened
I scheme – imagine – hallucinate the unmanifest.
Who? What? Where? When? Why? – questioning the questions –
To be in control, I am out of control
I am unanchored, uncharted, adrift
Lost – without moving
Asleep – without dreaming
Release – reset - recalibrate
I come back to my heart
I feel my own heart beating
Right here, right now
In my heartbeat, the rhythm of NOW
I focus on my heartbeat
I know each beat is my NOW

I am - breathing – heart beating
In communion with the universe
Safe, secure, present
