  • Discover how modern scientific research supports ancient yogic texts and their fundamental techniques

Practice fundamental techniques to connect to, protect and empower the mind in preparation for healing based on the ancient teachings of Sri VIdya - the oldest and highest form of Yoga Science.

Dive deep into the root causes of the issues in our tissues through written exercises, interactive discussion and embodied practicums and change the landscape of your life.

  • Saturday & Sunday 10am - 4pm Discussion | Practices  (includes lunch)

    • All sessions include discussion and experiential practices including meditation, journaling, light movement, group work.
