Jeff bridges Eastern and Western arts, sciences, healing, and lifestyle to solve modern problems with age old techniques.

His emphasis on the accessible application of ancient wisdom provides direct experience and personal realization or the most subtle aspects of the human body, and mind.

~Friday -The Physical Body & The Energy Body - Explore the relationship between our physical tissues and the energetic flow that brings it to life

~Saturday - The Energetic Pathways of Transformation – Our Nervous System and the physical experience of the Nadis. Building on what we learned Friday night, we highlight the pathways of awareness that lay at the boundary between sensory awareness and the subtle body. Through embodied practices, students will explore the gross, subtle and causal bodies and their connecting channels (Nadis) of awareness and energy.

~Sunday - The Alchemy of Tantra - Sunday is all about integration. Incorporating āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra and bandha, students will expand their awareness and energize their practice. Time will be set aside on Sunday for students to explore the energetics of physical assists and how they can be used to open up channels of energy and awareness.
