Event Description:

Life's experiences create physical impressions on our tissues, creating a 'story' that our thoughts and patterns follow. Yoga and Meditation allow us to access those deep impressions and re-write the story according to our highest purpose and goals. We can lieterally re-write the story of our lives.

Jeff Masters combines modern science and healthcare practices with ancient principles, to create an advanced holistic healing experience. His emphasis on the accessible application of ancient wisdom provides direct experience and personal realization of the most subtle aspects of the human body, and mind.

Perfect for yoga practitioners interested in expanding the capabilities of their practice, perfect for yoga teachers, therapists, yoga therapists, healthcare professionals, LPCs, and anyone with a desire to learn how yoga & meditation work.

~Friday -The Physical Body & The Energy Body - Explore the relationship between our physical tissues and the energetic flow that brings it to life

~Saturday - The Energetic Pathways of Transformation – Our Nervous System and the physical experience of the Nadis. Building on what we learned Friday night, we highlight the pathways of awareness that lay at the boundary between sensory awareness and the subtle body. Through embodied practices, students will explore the gross, subtle and causal bodies and their connecting channels (Nadis) of awareness and energy.

~Sunday - The Alchemy of Tantra - Sunday is all about integration. Incorporating āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra and bandha, students will expand their awareness and energize their practice. Time will be set aside on Sunday for students to explore the energetics of physical assists and how they can be used to open up channels of energy and awareness.
