During pregnancy and birth, you are more aware of the inner workings of your mind and body. Prenatal yoga allows you to nurture this awareness with positive emotions by creating space in your life for mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. In this series of classes, we will focus on:
- active relaxation using sitting poses to release tension during pregnancy
- using visualization to create positive feelings, calmness, and deep relaxation
- stretching and strengthening our muscles
- mudras and affirmations to create inner strength and confidence

Pavani has been practicing meditation since her teens and discovered a passion for helping others use yoga to maintain and improve their well-being in 2014. She has worked with senior citizens, moms, and kids creating personal practices that help them lead happier, healthier, and more grounded lives. As a new mom and technology professional she uses her experiences to connect with others and find balance.
