$150-$420, depending on options selected
IN ADDITION TO MULTIPLE YOGA (ASANA) PRACTICES,
we will offer programming focused on mindfulness and being present. Our intention is for all participants to get a chance to recharge their batteries and share experiences with like-minded adults.
Yoga practices are all-levels and will include Flow (vinyasa), Gentle/Restorative, and Yoga Nidra (for sleep). We will also offer guided meditation and opportunities for intentional silence.
This retreat is for adults aged 21 and up and includes the option to bring your own wine or beer for evening snack and social time. Alcoholic beverages must be presented at check-in and we will happily store them for you in our Dining Hall, and provide drinkware and bottle openers.
Yoga practices will be held outdoors on the Red Slab overlooking our serene, private lake, and indoor practices will be held in the Chapel or Lodge, depending on group size.
Lodging will be divided among bunk-style rooms, semi-private, and private rooms across multiple buildings on camp. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis so be sure to register early!
Bunk Rooms include 5 bunk beds with up to 10 guests per room. Bathrooms either consist of 2 ensuite sinks, toilets, and showers, or separate communal bathrooms down the hall (varies per dorm). Guests must bring their own bedding and bath linens.
Semi-Private Rooms accommodate 2-3 guests in twin or queen beds with 1 shared bathroom. Bedding and bath linens are provided.
Private Rooms in our brand new Stone Spiritual Retreat Center include your own room and bathroom with all linens provided as well as some basic toiletries.
