Event Description:

Join Kathryn Templeton and Kendall Inman on an exciting personal journey and retreat to Mexico. This retreat will teach you how to build your own vital essence and cultivate Sattva in everyday life. Sattva being the quality of harmony.  Sattva manifested as spiritual goodness, intelligence, virtue and pure joy! All in the quaint, exotic, tropical Mexican village of Playa del Carmen. We will offer daily (optional) yoga and meditation classes, lectures, beach walks and cooking demos. We will take a day trip and experience the Sian Ka’an Biosphere which is most certainly one of the few wonders of the world where the vortex of energy and vibration is powerful enough to leave you transformed. We will practice patterns that support and nourish ourselves enjoying fresh local coconut water and hibiscus flower tea. Each day having been nurtured with traditional local spices, having enjoyed exciting new flavors and wonderful local vegetarian foods. Our schedule will be set to a tempo that allows for you to build your vital essence, learn to pacify doshas and find joy and spaciousness. We will encourage you to discover that sweet space in which you feel at home within yourself and become an expert on how to truly nurture yourself. You'll finish this retreat having reclaimed the courage and passion you always knew to be part of you! And return home with a renewed sense of self and joy! Join us December 2 – 6, 2015, for an Ayurveda and Yoga Retreat to Paradise.
