I began studying yoga in 2003. I started my practice in hot yoga and Bikram. After being introduced to Anusara Yoga through Jason Lobo, I focused my studies in this method under the guidance of my dear teacher, Christina Sell.

I study deeply with both Christina Sell and Senior Intermediate III Iyengar yoga teacher, George Purvis. You can find George at the BKS Iyengar Studio in Dallas. My classes are playful, clever, and challenging; they're athletic, spiritual, and therapeutic.
