Prana Flow

Prana Flow is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers. Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana - the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence - as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living. Practitioners learn classical and innovative approaches to vinyasa yoga and the state of flow drawn from Krishnamacharya's teachings, Tantra, Ayurveda, Bhakti, Somatics and Shiva's teaching experience from the last fifteen years.

Psychotherapist and yoga teacher Thom Allen has been sharing his passion for wellness for more than 25 years. Students enjoy his unique style that is mentally stimulating, physically exhilarating and spiritually inspiring. With experience ranging from restorative therapeutics and meditation to an empowered yoga flow, Thom works with a variety of populations, from corporate executives and professional athletes to those with terminal illnesses and their caregivers.

About Alice Redding – STRIPES Founder and Author Alice Redding is a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher, Licensed Dyslexia Therapist and a Certified Academic Language Therapist, specializing in school age children. Alice has practiced yoga for over 40 years and has over 30+ years of teaching experience with children and adults. Through her specialization in yoga and children’s learning therapy, Alice has helped hundreds of adolescents and children regain self-confidence and the skills needed to succeed in school and at home.

The first time I stepped on a yoga mat it was for reasons other than getting physically fit. At the time, I was a band director, along with being the visual coordinator and colorguard instructor, for a successful music program in Richardson, TX. Over my 8 yrs. of teaching high school, I had created a lot of health issues starting with an ulcer at 22! I spent a few years "masking" these issues and finally realized that in order for me to be all that I could for my students, I had to start focusing on myself.

Lisa Ware began Yoga 4 Love after a solo personal practice. She was greatly inspired by her mother, Lorene's battle with breast cancer. She is greatly motivated by helping people gain health and enrich a mind / body / spirit connection through yoga. Inspiring others in their own personal yoga practice is a great reward and continues her ongoing education daily to enrich the community.
Yoga 4 Love, created in 2008, exists to bring yoga, nutrition, Reiki and Spirituality to yogis and the entire community. Creating transformation, awareness, peace and love.

Adri is a Global leading Vinyasa /Prana Flow® Yoga and Pilates Teacher with over 8 years of experience and over 1800 hrs of combined training. Adri has studied with many Yoga and Pilates teachers in hopes of sharing, teaching, and transmitting the knowledge and benefits these two great disciplines have to offer with others. Her main style of yoga has been inspired by the teachings of her mentor and teacher Shiva Rea, who she credits for re-awakening the natural flow and spontaneous movements in her body, practice and life.<br />
