I started my career in the health/wellness field as a personal trainer for over 10 years while obtaining my Bachelor's degree of Science emphasizing Kinesiology from TWU. I was drawn to the therapeutic aspects of personal training and started working in Rehabilitation. In 2007, I started doing yoga after a back injury and was introduced to yoga therapy and thus the passion for yoga began. I tried many styles of yoga and enjoyed them but I still felt like they were missing something until I tried Svaroopa® yoga in 2012(Therapeutic Spinal Release yoga).

Tracee Stanley has been studying Yoga and Tantra since 1995. A former high level executive in the film industry for over 18 years, she began sharing her understanding of the ancient technology of Tantra when her teacher Yogarupa Rod Stryker initiated her into the lineage of Sri Vidya in 2001. My mission is simply to be a guide to help you open a door to your own joy, awareness and expansion. And my teaching style is an exploratory and complementary mix of yin & yang - reinforcing a balance of strength & softness, of power & surrender, of challenge & acceptance. Always acknowledging that the physical practice is only one small part of the wisdom that is yoga. The mat is a beautiful microcosmic school of life and everybody's experience is going to be different. It's a blessing to be part of the journey.
