Although I have practiced meditation and yoga since my teens, I did not start to deepen my studies until 2009 by studying the work of several wonderful teachers.

My emphasis is on heart centered meditations, energy clearing, and energy renewal. I am a certified yoga teacher since 2014 and have made meditation my primary tool to connect within and to form a spiritual base to promote self-healing.

I started my career in the health/wellness field as a personal trainer for over 10 years while obtaining my Bachelor's degree of Science emphasizing Kinesiology from TWU. I was drawn to the therapeutic aspects of personal training and started working in Rehabilitation. In 2007, I started doing yoga after a back injury and was introduced to yoga therapy and thus the passion for yoga began. I tried many styles of yoga and enjoyed them but I still felt like they were missing something until I tried Svaroopa® yoga in 2012(Therapeutic Spinal Release yoga).

Tracee Stanley has been studying Yoga and Tantra since 1995. A former high level executive in the film industry for over 18 years, she began sharing her understanding of the ancient technology of Tantra when her teacher Yogarupa Rod Stryker initiated her into the lineage of Sri Vidya in 2001. She found that these practices created a foundation of balance and clarity in the fast paced world of Hollywood and was inspired to open yoga studios to share the teachings.
