Brandi is a faithful student/teacher of the hatha yoga lineage. She is also a dreamer, creator and visionary in her own life. She brings tried and true experiences of facing her own fears, leaving life situations that no longer served her, and running towards a life that has and continues to motivate her to keep making the hard decisions to face her fears. She recently returned from living in Bali, Indonesia for 2+ months.

Mary Elizabeth loves to play. The joy of moving led her to a 200-hour teacher training in Integral Hatha Yoga with Sonia Sumar, founder of Yoga for the Special Child®. The joy of helping others move more freely led her to study Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork with Mukti Michael Buck, of the Vedic Conservatory.

Carol began studying Yoga in 1973, started teaching part time in 1980, and since 1990 has operated a holistic yoga and bodywork practice near Dallas. She is owner and director of Namaste' USA Yoga, a yoga teacher training school based on Vanda Scaravelli's teachings. Credentialed by Yoga Alliance, the school offers 200 and 500 hour certifications. Carol's master yoga teacher is Donna Farhi, with whom she has studied annually since 1994.

Jessica Wozniak has been practicing and teaching yoga for more than 15 years. She’s a 200-hour certified yoga instructor (Yoga Alliance RYS) with more than 1000 hours of teaching experience, including private and group classes, yoga therapy and Vedic Thai Yoga.

She learned Vedic Thai Yoga from Mukti Michael Buck and Mary Elizabeth Sheehan of the Vedic Thai Conservatory. She has completed more than 125 hours of hands-on training, and provided more than 400 hours of private sessions.

Dawndy is the owner of changingBODS changingLIVES YOGA and is passionate about teaching others to love oneself by teaching lifetime tools to reduce stress, achieve emotional balance, enhance cognition and to reach their maximum physical and emotional well being.

Dawndy specializes in Yoga Therapy working with individuals to reduce chronic pain/fatigue and/or improve athletic performance by understanding what leads to their pain cycles and shifting that experience by removing pain, improving flexibility and strength, retraining connective tissue and preventing common injuries.

About Alice Redding – STRIPES Founder and Author Alice Redding is a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher, Licensed Dyslexia Therapist and a Certified Academic Language Therapist, specializing in school age children. Alice has practiced yoga for over 40 years and has over 30+ years of teaching experience with children and adults. Through her specialization in yoga and children’s learning therapy, Alice has helped hundreds of adolescents and children regain self-confidence and the skills needed to succeed in school and at home.

Janette is an Ayurveda Yoga Specialist and Registered Yoga Teacher whose nurturing, open, and uplifting teachings inspire her students to achieve their highest potential. Her classes are known to offer a safe environment where students of all levels can feel supported, inspired and challenged. In addition, Janette facilitates 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings for LifePower Yoga. Her philosophy is that ANYONE can do yoga regardless of physical capabilities and she is passionate about sharing the gift of yoga with everyone. She has been studying yoga since 2005.

For nearly a decade, Christina has been sharing her passion and gift for helping others live a life of balance as an avid yogi and licensed instructor. It was in 2005 when she was introduced to Ayurveda that her life was changed. Discovering this healing science that has been practiced in India for more than 5,000 years was the catalyst for SimpleVeda. At SimpleVeda, she offers one-on-one consultations in which she takes a holistic approach to helping clients adjust their lifestyles to achieve balance, reduce stress, and lessen chronic and acute health conditions.

Theresa found yoga in 2003 while going through a particularly challenging time in her life. She immediately fell in love, not only with the physical practice, but also the aspect of mental and emotional healing. Theresa, teaching over ten years, specializes in nurturing yoga for the body, mind and heart for all levels of students. She is especially known for her soothing voice and calm presence.  She has over 4,000 hours of teaching experience and attends yoga workshops and conferences to keep her teaching fresh and inspiring.

Aminda is an E-RYT 200 Instructor, Certified in Anjali Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa(power) and Yin Yoga with Yoga Nidra, Therapeutic Yoga and Jivamukti training. (member of both YA and IAYT) She is also a Clinically Certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, Thai Yoga Masseuse, and Reiki Master with ongoing studies as an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and in Para Yoga.
